A Hadith is something which was said by our Beloved Prophet,
may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him.

KINDNESS:
• Every act of kindness is a charity.
• Allah gives blessings to kind people which He does not give to harsh people.
• Allah is kind and loves kindness in all matters.
• Whenever kindness is added to something, it decorates it.
• Whenever kindness is taken away from something, it ruins it.
• A person who does not have kindness and gentleness has no goodness.
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
RESPECT AND MANNERS:
• The most perfect believer in faith is the one who has the best manners.
• The people who will be closest to our Beloved Prophet on the Day of Judgment will be the ones with the best conduct.
• Nothing is heavier on the Scale of Deeds than a person’s good manners.
• What is most likely to send people to Paradise? Being aware of Allah and good manners.
• If a person has good manners, they can reach the same status of goodness as those who spend their nights praying to Allah.
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
BEING HUMBLE AND MODEST:
• Allah has revealed that people must be humble so they do not harm each other.
• Anyone who shows humility for Allah's sake, Allah will raise his status.
• Allah loves His servants who stay humble.
• Whoever has even a small amount of arrogance in his heart will not enter Paradise.
• Every religion has a character, and the character of Islam is modesty.
• When modesty is a part of anything it becomes beautiful.
• Allah loves modesty and people who cover each others faults.
• Modesty comes from faith; faith leads to Paradise.

ANGER:
• A strong person is someone who can control his anger.
• Anger comes from the devil.
• If you become angry, you should perform wudhu (ablution).
• Beware of anger, because it is like hot coal on the heart of a person.
• If you become angry, you should say, “I seek Allah's Protection from Shaytan the Cursed.”
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
TALKING AND SPEECH:
• Say good things, or remain silent.
• You must speak the truth, because truth leads to virtue and virtue leads to Paradise.
• Do not talk too much except when you are remembering Allah.
• Control your tongue.
• Keep away from the lie, because lies lead to evil and evil leads to the Hell Fire.
• The believer does not accuse, curse others, disobey Allah, nor badmouth others.
• Do not backbite, or say bad things about others especially when they are not there.
• Do not lie, even when you are joking.
• A person cannot be a good believer until he stops lying.
• A person may say a good thing without realising that it pleases Allah greatly.
• A person may say a bad thing, but he will not realise how badly it displeases Allah.

SHARING AND CARING:
• A person cannot be a true believer until he wishes for, or gives to his brother/sister something he wants for himself.
• A person cannot be a true believer if he eats to his stomach's fill but leaves his neighbour or friend hungry.
• A believer should treat his guest kindly, and he should be good to his neighbour.

OUR PARENTS:
• Be good and dutiful to your parents.
• Paradise lies at the feet of your mother.
• One of the most beloved acts to Allah is treating your parents kindly.
• Allah is pleased when your parents are pleased, and is Allah is angry when your parents are angry.
• Obey your parents, and if they command you to leave your worldly belongings then do it for them.
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
FRIENDSHIP:
• A Muslim is a brother (or sister) to a Muslim.
• Muslims are brothers to one another. They should not cheat, lie or humiliate each other.
• A good friend is
like one who sells musk (or perfume), he will either give you some or
you will smell the pleasant fragrance from him.
• A bad friend is like a blacksmith, he will either burn your clothes or you will smell bad odours from him.
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
THE POOR, NEEDY AND ORPHANS:
• One of the best acts in Islam is to feed the poor and needy.
• Do not turn away a poor man, even if all you can give is half a date.
• If you love the poor people and bring them near you, Allah will bring you near Him on the Day • of Judgement.
• Anyone who looks
after and works for a widow and a poor person is like a warrior fighting
for Allah's cause. Or he is like a person who fasts during the day and
prays all night.
• A person who looks after and cares for an orphan will be in Paradise with our Beloved Prophet.

KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING:
• Every Muslim must seek knowledge.
• If Allah wants to bless a person, He makes him understand Islam by learning about it.
• Learn knowledge and share it with other people so they can benefit.
• Allah makes an easy path to Paradise for anyone who searches for knowledge.
• Knowledge which is good and helpful will reward a person even after he has died.
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
ANIMALS:
• There is reward for kindness to every living thing.
• There is a reward from Allah for serving animals.
• A man saw a dog suffering from thirst, so he gave it some water. Allah thanked him and forgave him for that great act.
• Fear Allah from treating animals badly.
What our Beloved Prophet said about…
PLANTS AND TREES:
• If any Muslim plants any plant and a person or animal eats from it, he will be rewarded like he has given charity.
• If a Muslim plants a tree, the fruit from it that is eaten by people will be charity for him.
