Ruling on Haram Relationship in Islam (No boyfriend No girlfriend)
“ IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST BENEFIT AND MERCIFUL “
“ IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST BENEFIT AND MERCIFUL “
By reading this doesn’t make u muslim just read and have brief idead of muslims AND what
dey actually are ???
Islam clearly divides members of the opposite sex into mahram (relatives that, by law, you cannot
marry) and non-mahram (those who are marriageable). It is haram to mix freely with non-mahramand,
therefore, having a relationship before marriage (boyfriend or girlfriend) is
strictly forbidden.
There is no such thing as “dating” in Islam. When young Muslims
are able to marry, they are encouraged to find a suitable partner for marriage,
following strict rules of courtship, and always keeping the intention of
marriage at the forefront of any interaction.
Muslims are also
required to lower their gaze when coming into contact with a non-Mahram, as stated in the Holy Qur’an: “Tell believers to lower their gaze, and tell
the believing women to lower their gaze.” [Qur’an 24:30, 31]
If a Muslim brother or
sister is ready for marriage it is usual for them to ask friends and family if
they know of anyone suitable. If a potential partner is found, then meetings
between the couple take place in a chaperoned environment. The Prophet Muhammad (á¹£all Allahu Ê¿alayhi wa sallam صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, “Not one of you should meet a woman alone
unless she is accompanied by a relative (mahram).”
“A woman
(or man) may be married for four things: for her wealth, for her noble descent,
for her beauty or for her religion. Choose the one who is religious, lest your
hands be rubbed with dust!” (Bukhari and Muslim) –
“And among
His signs is this that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you
may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your
hearts: Verily in that are signs for those who reflect. (QURAN 30:21)
Abu
Hurairah narrates that the Messenger of Allah (May Allah bless him and grant
him peace) said “when one with whose religion and character you are satisfied
asks your daughter in marriage then accede to his request. If you do not do so
then there will be temptation in the earth and extensive corruption”.
(Tirmidhi)
QURAN AN
NISSA 4 :25 --- AND DO NOT TAKE SECRET LOVERS
“And tell
the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their
adornment only that which is apparent …” (An-Nur: 31)
"No one of
you should meet a woman in privacy unless she is accompanied by a Mahram (i.e.,
a relative within the prohibited degrees).''
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Hadhrat Ma’aqal (May Allah
be well pleased with him) narrates that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa
sallam) said: That a needle
of iron should prick your head is better than that you touch a non-Mahram
woman. (Mo’jam Kabeer
Tabarani, Hadith No. 16880; Kanz Ul ‘Ummal, Kitab Ul Hudood, Al Fasluth Thani,
Fit Tasamuhi Wal Ighdhai Fil Hudood, Hadith No. 13065).
Women impure are for men
impure and men impure are for women impure; and women of purity are for men of
purity and men of purity are for women of purity: Such are innocent of that
which people say: For them is pardon and a bountiful provision. [Qur'an 24:26]
IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE FOR
ANY MUSLIM FOR SHAKING HANDS WITH NON MEHRAM ??
The Prophet sallAllahu aalyhi wa sallam said: “If one of you were to be
stabbed in the head with an iron needle it would be better for him than
touching a woman whom he is not permitted to touch.” [Tabaraani,
20/212; see also Saheeh al-Jaami’, 4921]
There is no doubt that this is an act of zinaa, because the
Prophet said: “The
eyes may commit zinaa, the hands may commit zinaa, the feet may commit zinaa
and the private parts may commit zinaa.” [Imam Ahmad, 1/412; see also Saheeh
al-Jaami', 4921]
Is there anyone more pure in heart than Muhammad? Yet still he said, “I do not shake hands with
women.” [Imam Ahmad, 6/357; see also Saheeh al-Jaami’, 7054, and
al-Isaabah, 4/354, Daar al-Kitaab al-’Arabi edition]
And he said, “I
do not touch the hands of women.” [Tabaraani
in al-Kabeer, 24/342; see also Saheeh al-Jaami', 7054 and al-Isaabah, 4/354,
Dar al-Kutub al-'Arabi edition]
Aisha radhiAllahu anha said: “No,
by Allah, the hand of the Messenger of Allah never touched the hand of a
(non-mahram) woman. He received bay’ah (pledge of allegiance) from them by word
only.” [Muslim,
3/489]
Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.641
Narrated byIbn Umar
Allah's Apostle met 'Umar bin Al-Khattab while the latter was
going with a group of camel-riders, and he was swearing by his father. The
Prophet said, "Lo! Allah forbids you to swear by your fathers, so whoever
has to take an oath, he should swear by Allah or keep quiet."
Malik said, "There are people who say that an oath is not
acceptable with only one witness and they argue by the word of Allah the
Blessed, the Exalted, and His word is the Truth, 'And call in to witness two
witnesses, men; or if the two be not men, then one man and two women, such witnesses
as you approve of.' (Sura 2 ayat 282). Such people argue that if he does not
bring one man and two women, he has no claim and he is not allowed to take an
oath with one witness."
ALLAH SAYS IN QUR'AN,33.59.
O Prophet!
Tell your wives and your daughters and
the women of the believers to
draw their cloaks (veils) all over their
bodies
(i.e.screen themselves completely except the
eyes or one eye to see the way). That will
be
better, that they should be known (as free
respectable women) so as not to be
annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

“And those who accuse chaste
women of adultery and then do not produce four witnesses — lash them with
eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are
the defiantly disobedient. Except for those who repent thereafter and reform,
for indeed Allaah is Forgiving and Merciful".” [Quran 24: 2-5]

[Al-Bukhari] Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said: "I guarantee a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids LYING even if he were JOKING..." [Abu Dawud Book 41 #4782] & “Woe to the one who speaks & LIES in order to make people laugh; woe to him, woe to him.” [Abu Dawood, al-Tirmidhi & al-Nasaa’i with a good isnaad]

righteous deeds, whether male or female, and he/she is a believer - they will
enter the Garden, and not the least injustice will be done to them."
